Are you registered on GeM, and do you take part in tenders?
Yes. Foremost Systems is a registered seller on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). A large share of our work comes from GeM orders, tenders and e-procurement portals, along with direct purchase orders from PSUs and institutions.
Are you a registered MSE?
Yes. Foremost Systems is registered under Udyam as a micro enterprise (registration UDYAM-GJ-24-0053295). Where a tender extends benefits to registered MSEs, such as EMD exemption or purchase preference, we can claim them as per that tender's terms.
Can you provide OEM authorisation for a bid?
Yes. We work with leading CCTV brands and arrange a manufacturer authorisation letter for the specific tender when the bid requires one.
Do you only supply, or also install?
Both. We quote supply only, supply with installation, testing and commissioning, or a complete turnkey package with an AMC. Installation is done by our own technicians.
Do you take up AMC for systems installed by someone else?
Yes. We regularly take over maintenance of existing CCTV systems after an initial inspection of their condition.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Vadodara and work across Gujarat as a matter of routine, and take projects elsewhere in India for institutional and enterprise clients.
