CCTV AMC and maintenance contracts
Cameras fail quietly. A dirty lens, a full hard disk or a loose connector can leave you without footage on the one day you need it. Our annual maintenance contracts keep systems recording, for installations we did and for systems installed by others.
What a preventive maintenance visit covers
Cameras
Cleaning lenses and housings, checking focus, angles, night vision and mounting.
Recording
Confirming every channel records and that footage is kept for the agreed number of days.
Hard disk health
Checking drive status and warning you before a disk fails, not after.
Power and cabling
Checking adaptors, PoE switches, UPS backup, connectors and outdoor cable joints.
Time and users
Correcting date and time, which matters when footage is used as evidence, and reviewing user accounts and passwords.
Visit report
A short written report after each visit listing what was checked and what needs attention.
Comprehensive or non-comprehensive?
A non-comprehensive AMC covers labour: preventive visits and breakdown calls. Spare parts that fail are quoted and billed separately. It suits sites with newer equipment and a predictable budget.
A comprehensive AMC also covers the repair or replacement of failed parts within the agreed scope, so the annual cost is higher but there are no surprise bills. It suits older systems, hospitals and sites where downtime is not acceptable.
In both cases the contract lists the equipment covered, the number of preventive visits, the response time for breakdown calls and what is excluded, such as physical damage or electrical surges. Government departments can award AMC through tender or GeM, and we bill in the format the department requires.

Do you take AMC for CCTV installed by another company?
Yes. We first inspect the system and give you a condition report. Anything that needs repair before the contract starts is quoted separately.
How many preventive visits are included?
It is agreed in the contract. Quarterly visits are common, and larger or critical sites often choose more.
What is not covered under AMC?
Typically physical damage, tampering, burnt equipment from electrical surges and additions to the system. The exact exclusions are written in the contract.
Can government offices give us the AMC through GeM or tender?
Yes. We are a registered GeM seller and a Udyam-registered micro enterprise, and have held tender-based AMC contracts with government institutions.
