Management usually wants remote viewing from the principal's office and the trustee's phone, with recording kept for an agreed number of days. We set separate user rights so viewing access stays with the right people.
Government and grant-aided schools often buy through tenders or GeM. We bid through both, and quote itemised bills of quantities that match the tender specification.
